EVENING FOOTBALL FUN SESSIONS
My son really enjoys going to football each week. He has built an amazing relationship with his coach James, and his confidence has improved so much since starting out! His skills are coming along nicely, and likes to show off what he has learned from each session!

Our Evening Football Fun Sessions areprovide extra football opportunities for children within the local community. The main focus of the sessions is ensuring the perfect blend of fun and skills development.
We welcome all abilities, following The JR Sports Group Philosophy of ‘Making sport fun for everyone’
Our aims at our Evening Football Fun Sessions are:
-
To develop players who are new to the game
-
Challenge and further improve experienced footballers

We understand that the British weather is hard to predict in the winter months. We have access to the fantastic sports hall on site at the school, to ensure we don’t have to cancel any sessions. The sessions therefore run as follows at Princes Risborough Secondary School:

Beginning of April -Mid October on the grass
-
End of October - End of March in the sports hall
-
Do I have to pay upfront for the term? No, we offer the option to pay weekly, as we understand everyones situation is different.

Can you apply suncream to my child? We are not allowed to put suncream on your child, so please either do it before you drop them off or. get their sibling or friends to do it for them.
-
What if there is bad weather? We will always have access to an indoor venue to shelter if there is pouring rain, in the rare case we have to cancel a day, you will either be given credit for that day or be able to transfer your day onto one of our future days/camps.

-
Can my child be with their friends or Siblings? We try our very best to make sure friends are together, we split groups into a minimum of KS1, Y3&4, Y5/6/7/8, this is to ensure the best quality sessions so all the children are comfortable and won’t be playing with players a lot older than them, thus fairer games. If they are not in the same age range, please get in touch and we will do our best to make this happen - this is exactly the same for siblings.
-
Do you take Childcare vouchers?Unfortunately not yet, however this is currently something we are working on.
-
What should I bring?A packed lunch (nut free), refillable water bottle, clothing dependent on weather, football boots and or trainers, Shinpads (are advised) and most importantly a Smiley face.
